Do you offer a warranty for the speakers?
Yes! We offer a one-year warranty for all our speakers.
It covers:
- Electrical component failure within normal use.
- Driver component failure within normal use.
- Battery failure within normal use.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, a speaker can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. We accept returns or exchanges ONLY if the item arrived damaged, has an electrical failure within normal use, has a driver failure within normal use, or there are manufacturing defects or errors.
Where are the speakers made?
We handcraft all our speakers in the United States.
How long does it take to make a speaker?
It takes us about 4 weeks to handcraft a custom speaker.
Can I make a special request for a custom speaker?
Full custom solutions are available. From small tweaks to our offered
models, to one of a kind designs. Please contact us for more information, and we can get back to you with a quote.
Do you only offer shipping in the US?
